STACK MONITORING KIT (Model No:PMI SK 01)

Stack Sampler is a basic instrument used for Particulate matters (PM) under Isokinetic conditions and gaseous pollutants in flue gas emitted from the stack/chimney. Offered range is designed and manufactured as per the set industry norms using quality approved components with the help of advanced technology.

Temperature Range : Ambient 600c read on a Digital Pyrometer

Velocity Range : 3 to 60 m/sec

Thermocouple : K type sensor in SS 304 casting, length of insertion : 1.0 m with 1 m Long cable (Variable length option available with Extra cost)

Manometer : Digital with 0 -1300 mmH2O range

Pilot Tube : S-type fabricated-SS 304, 1.0 m

Particulate Sampling : 0 to 30 LPM collection on thimble type filter up to 0.3 micron rating

Gaseous Sampling : 0 to 3 LPM collection in a set of glass impingers

Rotameter : Acrylic Body with 2% FSD accuracy, 0-30 LPM for PM and 0-3 LPM for Gas

Sampling Probe : Made from SS 304 , 1.0 m length

Filter Holder : Fabricated from SS 304 suitable to hold either cellulose filtration thimble (size 28 mm ID X 100 mm long) or Glass micro fiber thimble (size 19 mm ID X 90 mm Long)

Nozzles : A set of 3 stainless steel (S.S.304) nozzles (1/4”, 1/8”, 3/8”)

Digital Clock : 0-60 minutes, 1 second readout with start and stop switches

Vacuum Pump : Monoblock Rotary Vane type, oil Lubricated, single phase motor (230V) with the 180 LPM free flow capacity.

PVC Flexible Hose : 2 Nos. 2m length Flexible hoses for Inter connecting Probe with stack kit & DGM (Variable length of Hoses at extra charges on request)
